Recently, Arshine Group announced its five-year plan, with a target of $360 million sales volumes in 2025, more than twice the amount of 2020.
Amy Chan, Chairman and CEO of the company, introduced in the company’s launching ceremony that Arshine Group will initiate the business model called “4+4+N+S”. The first “4” means the company’s core businesses including animal health, new drugs, food additives and comprehensive business. The second “4” stands for new businesses including intermediates, feed additives, domestic trade and nutritional supplements. Moreover, the company will explore more opportunities in CXO, medical devices and new potential services for the clients.
Under this plan, Arshine aspires to be a value-added service provider instead of a foreign business trader. In the coming years, the company will provide services including clients financing, company strategy consulting, new products R&D for clients. In order to achieve this target, the company schedules an integrated platform of Professional healthcare Industry Service composed of four management platforms, which are Strategy and Operation Management Platform, Marketing and Overseas Resources Management Platform, Centralized Procurement and Supplier Management Platform, Human Resources and Corporate Culture Platform.
Arshine Group has witnessed the industry development since its establishment in the year 2007. “There is a huge market potential of healthcare industry, thus more companies intend to explore business in it, we must change to differentiate us from competitors, and provide better services to our clients.” Amy Chan noted. The company aims to become a leading service group for global health industry chain by 2025.
